It annoys me so much when people belittle comedy and don’t regard it as important as drama. Comedy is an art just as much as drama is, community isnt any less good of a show, community is easily the breaking bad of comedy, pushing boundries in form and narrative within its genre. I fucking love both shows and they are just as outstanding as each other. Rant over.
Hmmm now I’m not sure how interested you guys are in this but aaron paul was recently giving away personalized rolling stone covers on twitter a few months ago but when he tweeted this my eyes diverted straight to ‘I miss Jane’.
Now Jane hasn’t been mentioned in breaking bad for a long while now so as an actor is this something that aaron paul adds to jesses mindset when getting into character, is he such a fucking good actor that he still lets the past of his character torment him even if it isnt in the script or particularly relevant to whatever current character development is happening in the show?
It might just be him being goofy and I’m reading into it too much, but if not that is pretty cool methinks.
I need a girlfriend or something so I have an excuse to rewatch community, breaking bad, mad men, arrested development and the wire.
Maybe my new housemates, my current ones and any past partners hadnt watched any of them and now they are there favourite shows ever, its so frustrating that everyone just watches stuff that started recently these days like the walking dead, game of thrones, misfits, true blood and black mirror to some extent I suppose. Not that the other ones arent pretty amazing but like the holy trinity of mad men, breaking bad and the wire are held in regard by all critics as possibly the three best shows of all time and there are at least two episodes per season that people regard as the greatest in the history of television yknow haha.
I will continue my mission to spread the good word xD
Walter: I’m sorry, what were you asking me? Oh, yes, that stupid plastic container I asked you to buy. You see, hydrofluoric acid won’t eat through plastic; it will however dissolve metal, rock, glass, ceramic. So there’s that.

With Gus from Breaking Bad appearing in Community soon I really want someone from Mad Men to guest star in Community.
I think Jon Hamm, Rodger Slattery or Vincent Kartheiser would be the best ones. Seeing pete becoming the new dean for an episode would be amazing.
Christina Hendricks wouldn’t go amiss though xD
Breaking bad is seriously one of the best things ever made. If TV shows were eligible for the oscars then breaking bad would seriouslys wipe the board.
The best and most consistent writing, actors, directing and cinematography. Go watch it.
