I watched the first episode a fair few times with different people but I never watched it after cause critics werent keen.

steven moffat tweeted something along the lines of he cant wait till he is at a place in his career where critics regard something as great as the news room as not upto scratch, sorkin is a fucking amazing writer and the newsroom is an amazing show.

I just watched the episode surrounding bin ladens death and it blew my mind.
